NO PETS/CHILDREN/ALCOHOL/DRUG OR ABUSE OF ANY KIND ALLOWED. Nice, bright, and sunny room available in a 4BR/2BTH house, located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The room has a big window and a big closet. Roommates are responsible, hard working, respectful and looking for the right fit. We’re typically only home during the times we sleep and get ready for work aside from alternating days off. I have 1 large room empty and would love to fill it with the right person/couple (easy going, layed back, stable work history and/or school, clean and helpful with house duties, etc.). $900 +$100 for utilities a single person totaling $1000 ($1100 for couple+$200 for utilities totaling $1300) to rent which includes ALL basic utilities that DO NOT exceed a 1/3 increase (you are responsible for your own internet and TV). FULL access to kitchen and laundry as we are looking to “Share” our home rather than just room as long as you clean up after yourself. Temporary stay is also ok.
