Master Bedroom - $800 Other 3 bedrooms are $700 each.

1. Rental application and $50 non-refundable processing fee required per person.
2. Proof of income required.
3. Total Net income shall be at least 3 times the rent
4. Tenants pay all utilities
5. Previous Landlord reference preferred.
6. No pets and no smoking permitted.
