One bedroom in a shared house currently available. Large room, 11 foot 8 in x 18 foot 10 in with nice wood floors. Shared washer/dryer onsite. Pictured with a full size bed frame and rug that can be used if desired, or they can be removed if the tenant would prefer to use their own furniture.

Tenant occupying this bedroom gets off street parking in the 1-car driveway, as well as 1 shelving unit for storage in the garage.

Located in a quiet neighborhood near Sequoia Park. According to google maps, 16 minute drive from the house to Cal Poly Humboldt, 15 minute drive to College of the Redwoods, 4 minute drive to St Joseph.

Utilities: Wi-Fi and trash are included, water and power bills are split. House has solar, so the power bill is comparatively low.

Bathroom is shared with 2 others. Shared kitchen with dishwasher. Spacious garden area and nice sunroom.

Single occupancy only, no pets and no smoking on the property

Application with credit check and background check will be required, open to cosigners for those with credit issues/no credit history. First month’s rent and $925 deposit to move in.

This is a quiet house in a quiet neighborhood, really not a party environment. The current roommates are all in their 20’s, two are CR students and one Humboldt alum. Happy to do tours over facetime/zoom for those out of the area
