Rosemary Court

Good sized room, ceiling fan, window, walk in closet, carpet. This room would use the shared bathroom, but the master has it’s own so it’s basically a personal bathroom except for guests. The area and neighbors are nice, fairly quiet but they don’t complain about company or noise. It’s a cul-de-saq so not much foot traffic except for generally older people on walks. Front and back yard, although both aren’t very large and the back is mostly cement. Garage can maybe fit 2 cars but the opener needs to be fixed. The house is mostly furnished already, fridge, oven, washer, dryer, dining table, couch, coffee table, tv. The stuff in the pictures in the room can go as well, it’s storage or leftover from the last roommate. Vape and weed allowed in the house, but no cigarettes. Just don’t stink up the place and we’re all good.

I live alone. I work 40+ hours a week with most weekends off. I’m generally to myself aside from cooking and cleaning in shared space. I’m a gamer so 90% of the time I’m on my computer isolated in my room. I’m mostly quiet, aside from sometimes music and drinks with a couple friends on Friday or Saturday nights. I’m a pretty clean person, but not meticulous. What you see in the pictures is roughly the standard.
