Hello! I am looking for a tenant to take the 3rd bedroom in my brand new 3 bedroom condo in the Otay Ranch area (located in Millenia - please see provided map).

I am a young professional who works from home so you would be the only other person sharing this space. Everything is updated and I keep the place very clean. It is generally pretty quiet but I love to be outdoors with friends on the weekend.

The condo is centrally located to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, movies + and has a lot of great walking paths and hikes nearby. Otay Ranch is a developing community but it is very nice & clean.

Since I use the second bedroom as my office, the private bed/bath is located downstairs and has easy access to storage and the garage. The ideal candidate is someone who works a hybrid schedule, is clean, respectful, and loves animals (but doesn’t have one).
