Monthly rent for this room includes: Utilities (water, electricity, garbage, Wi-Fi internet connection).

On-site laundry (washer & dryer) on site, for use by all household residents only.

Street & driveway parking – parking may be assigned to each room by the homeowner.

Shared bathrooms (1 full bathroom shared among 3 tenants)

Shared kitchen, living room and dining room. Large back yard.

*Note: If tenant has a dog, additional rental cost applies and pet agreement must be signed with rental agreement.

Credit Check and Background Check Required, Security Deposit (equal to 1 mo rent) required. Shoes worn outside must be removed at front door - no outdoor shoes/slippers may be worn inside the house.

No recreational drugs No smoking/vaping/pens/juuls etc inside or within 25ft of any window or door in neighborhood. No non-tenant pets/animals allowed.

Current residents have 2 large dogs that usually get along with other dogs. Open to another medium to large dog if the dog can get along with the other two. Other residents in house are quiet and work or go to school.

Multilingual, Mixed gender household.

There are 3 current full time residents living on the property - each in their own rooms. Homeowner stays between this house and another house. There are currently 2 large dogs living at the house. One is a very friendly Siberian Husky. The other is a slower-to-warm-up-to-people Siberian Husky/German Shepherd/Great Pyrenees mix. The residents are students, and people who work most of the day. They are respectful and keep the house clean.
