Cola and trusted people. There are 2 people currently living in the house while I occupied the basement with my own space. The 3 rooms are upstairs with washing machine and dryer, fridge, allocated parking and so on. The 2 up there are pretty quiet, trusted and gainfully employees. No issue or incident has been recorded in the house ever, no drama and no allegation or accusation.

One of the room mate owns the Colorado Springs hookah and a private business while the other works for a charity organization. One female and one male who peacefully co exist.
