The furnished room in my two bedroom mobile home is approximately 12’x12’. The room has a queen size bed with pillow top mattress, a dresser, two night stands, two lamps, table, secretary chair, and small refrigerator. The room has three windows giving lots of light and a cool breeze. The mobile home is quieter than an apartment or condo as shared walls mean shared noise. There is assigned off street parking so no worry of having to find a place to park. Laundry is in the home so no worry about trying to find a time to do yours. The Price includes all utilities. I have in my room my own toilet and sink but use the shower in the bathroom you will use. My home is two miles from King Harbor Redondo Beach and one mile from the Del Amo Fashion Mall. It is 9 miles from LAX. Walking distance to grocery store and many restaurants. It is three miles to El Camino College where some prior renters attended. The bus stop is three blocks away. Over the years I have rented to foreign exchange students who have come from China, France, India, Kuwait, and Norway. I maintain a calm, clean, quiet, organized home. Seek same in a roommate. Very few rules. Common courtesy. Clean up after yourself. Quiet hours maintained. No laundry after 8 pm or before 8 am No smoking or drug use allowed. No pets as I have asthmatic reaction

The home is shared with just me, a Senior male retired educator. I am out of the home daily hiking, biking, or playing tennis or golf. I visit the farmers market weekly. I enjoy camping and fishing and travel Before Covid I traveled to Belgium, Cambodia, Canada, India, France, Spain, Switzerland, and Thailand. Last year I went to Alaska to fish I don’t smoke or use drugs. I do enjoy a beer or glass of wine with dinner.
