Cozy room, unfurnished and ceiling fan, 1 person only for the room. Room is located on the second floor of home, bathroom is shared with other roommates. There’s no access to kitchen downstairs, just side area to throw trash into bins. Street parking only, no smoking on premises, no pets, cable/wifi is self installed and home is typically quiet. Location is near train station, bakery, mini marts, meat market, eateries and laundromat. Serious inquiries please. Thank you.
