This room has it’s own bathroom (not shared with the other residents in the house).

Vanity Area (incl Sink/cabinets) is 69“ x 59“ Vanity Floor area (not incl sink/cabinet space) is 54.5“ x 57.5“ Bathroom Floor 24’ x 69.5“ (not incl Shower 29“ x 57.5“)

On 2nd floor. One large window on a door that opens up to allow fresh air in - facing West and one smaller window facing South. The room gets a great amount of natural light. The floor is carpeted.

Rent for this room includes utilities (water, electricity, garbage). No internet included - you must provide your own or ask to share with other residents.

On-site laundry (washer & dryer) in garage, for use by household residents only.

Security Deposit and Credit Check Required. ALL parties must be listed on lease, no exceptions.

Cleaning fees will be deducted from security deposit when lease terminated.

All tenants who use the kitchen must clean up after themselves immediately and keep the kitchen clean.

Shoes must be removed at first floor - no shoes on carpet.

No recreational drugs No smoking/vaping/pens/juuls etc inside the house or within 25ft of any window or door in neighborhood. No pets/animals/reptiles of any kind. No overnight guests without explicit written permission from owner or owner’s agent.

Other residents in house are respectful, quiet, and work or go to school. Multilingual, Mixed gender household. No drama, none tolerated.

The other residents are all 18+ years of age. Some are students, others work full time. Multiple genders, languages and ethnicities, if this bothers you, please don’t apply.
