We have a 4 bedroom 1 bath apartment that comest with a spacious living room that receives ample natural light. We are a 2 minute walk from the red line (central sq stop). The room is the smallest of the 4 hence the reduced rent.

We are 26 y.o. professionals/grad students that have been living in the apt for a few years. We are social people (i.e. expect some parties/pre games from time to time on weekends), but keep a very clean home.
