Water, Electric, trash, and Wi-fi are included. Amenities include: paid laundry in building, ample free gated parking, tennis court, 24 hour concierge, bedroom temperature control, pool, rentable party room, kitchenware for share, storage room, balcony, bathroom is private unless there is company. Room available to a clean and quiet person who is ok with an older cat in the space. Landlady lives here and is a teacher with teacher hours during the week. Non-smoking unit. Month to month lease with one month security deposit.
(Building requires an elevator fee for move in day, cashier check, money order, or certified check for $100 and a returnable $200 damage deposit for the freight elevator. )

I am quiet when I am home. I like to cook, read, paint in my room. I don’t own a tv, but will occasionally watch streaming from my laptop. I am clean and do my dishes as soon as they are made unless I am sick or it needs a soak. I have an older cat who is very sweet and loving. I am a high school teacher, so I leave early in the morning and don’t have a lot of late nights during the week.
