Daniel's room

Fully furnished 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a lot of character, a few blocks from Main Street and a short walk to anything else downtown. I would be willing to lower the rent for someone willing to take on some maintenance tasks when I am out of town.

I am a professional in my 30s and live there sometimes with my dog, a very friendly labradoodle, although I also work out-of-state sometimes. I would be willing to rent up to two bedrooms out. Men, women, and/or couples would be OK.
