We live in a nice small neighborhood with an hoa so neighborhood rules must be followed. It is about 15 minutes from cfcc. 30 minutes to porters neck.We own the home we just don’t use the other side of our house very often. We have a 2 year old that stays in our room at night, a kitten and a dog the dog is old and sleeps 90% of the time and stays in our room. We cannot allow other dogs in the house due to our dog not loving other dogs. But cats are negotiable with a pet deposit. We have 2 rooms you can pick from and may end up renting the other room out. So if you don’t need a bed we have that as an option. If we rent the other room then the bathroom would be shared. But for now it is your own bathroom. Living room kitchen and dining room are communal areas. Have free access to kitchen but have to buy your own groceries. Will have fridge space available and pantry space. I work from home so if home so I am home all day. We do have front porch swings and a patio set out back for sitting. Must be tidy/clean. And a respectful/responsible roommate.

My wife and I have loved here 2 and a half years we own the home. We do have an hoa but they are not super strict about most things. We have a 2 year old who stays in our room at night and living room with my wife during the day is not a bad kid at all isn’t super load doesn’t cry alot. We have a kitten who also sleeps in our room. And we have a 17 year old dog so he does not do much but sleep and so he stays in our room most of the time. The house is mostly quiet outside of normal day hussle and bussle and the toddler having fun. We have a back deck and chairs but the mosquitos are bad out back but we have a front porch with chairs that doesn’t have the bugs. If needed can rent out some attic space for storage.
