Daniel's room

I have a two-bedroom apartment on the second story of a fairly modern apartment complex near the Fairmont State Campus. It has a full suite of working appliances (including washer, drier, dishwasher, microwave), and parking is available. I am currently renting both rooms, but only need one room and would like to find someone to rent the other room. You would be renting directly from the agency and not me, but the process for applying is easy and I can walk you through it.

I am a man in my 30’s, and have a cute 3-year-old Labradoodle. I work at Fairmont State, so prefer to not live with students.
