I am searching for a roommate who would like to lease an apartment with me. I have a couple of apartments (2 bed/ 2 bath) that I am looking at in Moreno Valley, CA. I am looking for a person who pays all bills on time. I’m a Finance Manager, so I am great with money and have good credit. The pictures posted is a potential available apartment going for about $2,200. We’d split rent and utilities equally/ fairly. Definitely open to looking at other options, I’m not set in stone with just this apartment.

I’m very nice, chill, non-judgmental, with a good sense of humor. I mainly stay in my room during weekdays, but can be social at times. I like going out, going to the beach, dancing, music, and cooking. I am clean especially with common areas. I need someone who is clean with the shared areas.
