Jenny's room

This is the master bedroom. The room is HUGE - 15.5ft x 14.6ft (about 220 sqft). This room is the only one downstairs giving you some separation from the other roommates, you’ll have your own private bathroom that’s only accessible through the bedroom, and a large closet. It gets a ton of natural light during the day which is awesome!! We have a big back yard, two living areas, and a huge kitchen with very nice appliances. Our house is right across the street from Roy G Park, walking distance to lady bird lake and tons of trails, and a 10 minute drive to downtown!

The lease is until February 29th of 2024 (with the opportunity to renew). Rent is $1350 and utilities are split evenly (around $120/person most of the year).

You’ll be living with Cassidy and Lizzie. Cassidy is 27 and from Dallas! She is currently working on starting her own business and bar tending. Lizzie is 26 and from St. Louis and works as a nanny.

They are both very very easygoing. Cassidy has 3 cats (so you must like cats 😊) - They are very sweet + with how big the space is, they have a lot of freedom to roam. (They even have their own liter box room😉)
