Will's room

Me and another musician rented a house in Laurel Canyon and turned the living room into a studio. There’s 3 rooms and we’re using 2. Working central AC, private backyard, no shared walls, up in the woods, new washer and dryer. Was initially going to turn the second bedroom into a vocal booth but I’m just posting an ad to see if there’s a perfect fit for the room, again were not really trying to rent it out, I didn’t even tell him I posted this ad; basically if the perfect fit messages me ill discuss with him. Will list how we live below, this is not a good room for 99% of people so only respond if you are really ok with these things. Basically for the right person this house is heaven and it sucks for anybody else.

We make noise (although I use headphones most of the time because of preference but you should be ok with speaker noise until 11pm where we will have common decency and exclusively switch to headphones unless everybody is up). We smoke in the living room (weed not cigarettes). Parking in our carport is taken by me and the roommate so you have to find your own parking on the street. We are vegan, don’t mind if you are not but a plus if you are.

Honestly the “perfect” fit is a musician/singer who wants to be in a studio environment in their free time. I work in jewelry and when I come home the studio is fired up and running, ideally the studio will be on with people working all day.
