Shared bathroom offers a shower tub combo, ample amount of storage, towels, hair dryer, curling iron, soap, shampoo and conditioner. You will have a cupboard for your personal items.

You will have access to all the main living spaces which include the kitchen, great room, game room, laundry room, outdoor relaxation spots and a shelf area for storage in the garage. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies, dishes and eating utensils. You will have your own cupboard for any kitchen items or dry goods you may need to store. The great room offers a TV with streaming services, a couch, electric loveseat recliner and a fireplace insert for warmth on chilly days. Our game room has a pool table, TV with streaming service, bistro table and cabinet filled with board games and puzzles. The laundry room provides a washer, dryer, sink, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, vacuum, area to hang dry clothing, sewing kit, shoe shine kit, iron and ironing board. You will have a cupboard for any other supplies you need to store. The backyard offers a relaxing outdoor living space with a gas fire pit, dining table, Bar B Que and hot tub. You can relax and enjoy watching several hobby yard railroads, bird watching from several locations in the yards or watch the squirrels frolic in the property lined with redwood trees.

My hubby, 18 year old son, sweet and kind female roommate and myself live here full-time. Two awesome and well behaved kids (11 & 12 year olds) are with us on Friday and Saturday nights. I know it sounds like a super busy home. However, it is calm, quiet and very peaceful 90%+ of the time (Especially during the day). When the younger kids are here on the weekend, they spend most of their time in the garage or outside. There is no bickering or fighting. Everyone works together to keep a clean home. We strive to keep a welcoming, safe, cozy and happy home. During the day you may hear quiet, calming spa music or relaxing jazz playing in the common area (kitchen/great room).
