Both masters are upstairs along with a loft, that I use as an office. Downstairs is a fully furnished living area, kitchen, 1/2 bath and 2 car attached garage. Outside the front door is an enclosed private fenced paver patio, great for a bbq and outdoor living. Easy access to 395 fwy and shopping in S Reno. No Smoking/ No Pets.

Owner pays for sewer & HOA. Tenants pay for garbage, water, gas/electric, internet. (Roughly $140 each)

Hi! My name is Ashley I’m my late 30’s and am a Program Manager in Tech who works from home full-time. I grew up in Lake Tahoe and have spent the last 20 years living outside of Nevada and recently moved back home. 🙂I would consider myself to be spiritual and someone who is constantly learning and growing. I have a two-year-old Labradoodle, I am a minimalist, prioritize my health and peace over everything in my life, and prefer to keep my space extremely clean and tidy especially considering my home is also my office.

In my free time, I work out, do yoga, go for hikes, and I love spending time at the beach when the weather allows. I’m really excited to be back home and look forward to meeting new people, being close to childhood friends and get better acquainted with the area.

I am actively looking for a female to rent out the space with me. My ideal roommate works outside the house, is pet/kid free, doesn’t smoke, and isn’t a partier. I’m in no rush to fill the room as I’d prefer to find someone who would be a great addition to the house over anything else.

For additional context, I’m renting the townhome and my lease is up in September. I won’t make the decision to stay/leave until September is much closer so for now all I can commit to is renting out a room until the end of September.
