I recently bought this house and I am looking for a friend/roommate to take the basement half. There is a bedroom, a small living room and a bathroom on the ground level. I like a lot of quiet time. I hardly ever listen to music out loud besides in the car. I like a lot of communication as well and planning out each week. I work 9-5 m-f and I take a lot of naps. Your space will be separated to the basement past the washer dryer unit and we will share the kitchen and appliances (washer/dryer). I like to host get togethers (4-6 dudes) approximately once a week. We like to play cards, mtg, and poker. We play video games smash bros and Halo etc we drink a little but nothing too extreme. If you are a student or work at the university I know of a free parking lot and cambus that I take to work (6:45am-6:45pm) Feel free to ask any questions.
