I just bought a 3 bed/2 bath house in the Foothill Green neighborhood in Littleton and I’m looking for 2 roommates. The house is awesome! It’s right next to a pond, open space and trails in a really cute neighborhood. There are 2 rooms available and I put the dimensions, pricing and details down below! I will allow one more dog, depending on if they get along with my dog. She’s a 24lb heeler/chi mix and can be shy around new people and dogs. No cats, cigarette smokers, or couples – sorry!

Also, as you can see there is no furniture in the house yet. I have a big sectional couch for upstairs, but I don’t have much else, so I’ll need to get shopping or if you already have common area furniture that you want to use we can use that! I close 8/15, so the room will be available anytime after that or we can do a 9/1 start!

About me: I’m a female in my mid thirties that works from home. I used to live in Breckenridge for 11 years and I’m trying out the Front Range! I ski, hike, bike and like to get outside a lot with my dog! I’m pretty easy going and I’m looking for roommates that are respectful and clean!
