Kristy's room

I have a 3 bedroom/ 3 story townhouse in the Murray Hills area. The townhouse is only 2 years old. The room I am renting is on the first floor next to the garage. It has its own bathroom right outside the room. It has a nice patio outside the front door. You will have this floor to yourself. You can enter through the front door or through the garage. Hard wood floors throughout this level. The room can be furnished with a twin size bed or unfurnished. You will also have your own washer and dryer in the garage. I can provide a small fridge and microwave in the garage if preferred. The room includes utilities and internet.

Shared kitchen, living room and dining room on the 2nd floor. Street parking available behind and in front of the townhouse.

I am an educator and I have twin daughters who will be sophomores in the fall. The 3 of us will occupy the 3rd floor. We also have a very friendly cat. We are a busy family. My daughters are on a dance team and they have dance classes in the evenings. They go to their dad’s house on the weekends. So the house is fairly quiet on the weekends.

I keep my house very clean and tidy. So I prefer someone who is also clean.
