[Background/Income check required - co-signer okay for students] HUGE house in the Westport/Hyde Park area. 3100sqft, 3 floors, 2.5 baths, large kitchen, dining, laundry, two living rooms. There’s a lot of space to spread out! I am looking for a few responsible adults to share my home. There should never be more than 4-5 people in the house (and it’s huge so you won’t even know people are home half the time!). You will be sharing a bathroom with 1 or 2 people. There’s also a half bath on the 1st flr. The home is quiet, with no parties or smoking allowed. Guests are limited for other roomies comfort. No couples, one person per room. Most rooms are furnished (queen bed, desk, dresser, etc), however if you have your own furniture there may be some flexibility.

I am 31, originally from Australia but have been living between London & NYC for the past 6 years. I don’t smoke & am not a big drinker. I’m new to KC and down to hang at home and watch a movie or venture out in the area, but don’t feel pressure to socialize! I’ve lived in share homes for many years and am a great roommate. Once everyone is settled I plan to get a house cleaner for the communal areas. I work from home M-F 3pm to 11pm.
