I have a partially furnished master bedroom with private bathroom and large walk-in closet in a ground-floor 2bed 2bath in Riva Ridge (North Lakewood, just off of Hwy 6). *Bed can be removed if you prefer your own

Right now it’s just me and my cat. I’m open to an additional pet as long as it’s well trained and cat friendly. No pet rent! Just an additional refundable deposit

The location is really great, in a safe neighborhood and only 15 minutes to downtown Denver or Golden. Walking distance to Red Rocks Community College

Rent $1000 for a year lease or $1200 for month-to-month, includes utilities and a reserved parking spot. If you have your own furniture you want in the common spaces, I’m not attached to mine and am willing to get rid of it if you sign a year lease. I’m also willing to share all of my cooking supplies/dishware/musical instruments that I keep in the common spaces.

I’m not a big partier but will have board game nights/movie nights about every other week or so. I’m frequently out and about doing outdoor activities or fusion dancing and am rarely at home during the day. I also enjoy playing saxophone and piano and am trying to learn guitar. We can talk quiet hours; currently I have a self-imposed 10pm-9am cutoff for playing music. I like to keep the common areas tidy, but it doesn’t need to be pristine. Becoming friends with my roommate is a bonus, not a requirement. I do, however, like to have a weekly check-in to address any issues/ideas that come up.

About my cat: She’s very sweet and loves to cuddle. She’s terrified of new people/animals and tends towards hiding, but if you’re calm around her she’ll hop on your lap every time you sit down.
