Michele's room

This is a completely private basement with its own entrance. The rent is low because we expect the tenant in exchange for low rent to take our kids to activities on Mondays and Thursdays nights. Approximate time is 5:30pm to 8:30 p.m. You must be a good driver and have a valid driver license. The apartment has two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and a bathroom. It opens up to the backyard. It’s a quiet community and as such we don’t allow partying, drug use or abusiness to be run out of our basement.
We only will rent this to one woman OR a single mom with one child who is still enrolled in school.

A couple with 3 kids ages 12 to 17. We have professional jobs and enjoy a quiet yet busy life.
