Single bedroom sublet in a 3-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. Conveniently located in Clinton Hill on a tree-lined street, very close to Downtown Brooklyn and several different trains. Pets allowed with permission of landlord. Laundry machines in the basement. There is also a yard but would need to ask roommate for permission to go through her room for access. Spacious room. Can come furnished with a desk, desk chair, mattress, and bed frame. Spacious living room/dining room area. To qualify, need to have a credit score of at least 700 and an annual income of at least $56K. Roommates split costs of utility bills. Sublet would start on September 25, 2023, with an option to renew lease in January 2024. The only reason I’m leaving is to finish school in a different state, but otherwise I have absolutely loved living here and am sad to leave. I can provide more photos upon request. The apartment is on the first floor of a three-story building.

There are two other roommates and they are kind and helpful. One is a woman and she works as a designer. The other is a man and he works as a scientist. They have been great to live with and I will miss them. The roommate dynamic has been friendly.
