Cozy quiet room within a walking distance to SFSU or 2 stops on MUNI. BART 12min walk, H Mart 6min. It’s an apartment downstairs shared with 1 roommate. Room is ~85sqft + closet. Big TV in the living room, stove, oven, fridge, laundry on site, backyard access. The place is ideal for a student or young working professional that does not want to spend too much money on rent. It’s also easy to find a parking spot, and the highway entrance is close by.

I’m a graduate student, very busy with my studies, into surfing and working out. I make my breakfast, and I go do my thing. It’s a very chill place, and we intend to keep it like that. Landlords are upstairs, very nice people. We’re fine with having people over as long as everyone is a decent human being. Previous roommate found a nice job and she moved out to a big place after 3 years here. I’ve been here for over 2 years now.
