Private room + bathroom in a townhouse. Less than 10 minutes to USF, 20 minutes to downtown. You have access to a washer + dryer, an electric keypad for extra security, space in the kitchen, and my roommate has been doing renovations both inside and the back patio. Cat or small reptile friendly for a small one time fee. Available September 1st until May 2024 with option to renew.

My roommate is 27, and prefers to rent to women in their 20s or 30s. She is a public school teacher, and has lived in Tampa over 10 years :)
