Em and Mia's room

This 2 bed 1 bath apartment (pics of furnished and unfurnished) is located in central south Albany near Safeway, Fred Meyer, and all of the other big stores within walking distance. It’s a great price considering all other properties in the area. $40 application fee. Price listed includes electric and wifi (rent is $600 and includes water). The room you would be living in is on the smaller side, but has a closet and big window. There is enough space for a queen bed, dresser, tv, nightstand, etc. You will be sharing the kitchen, living room, and the bathroom with both of us. The kitchen isn’t super fancy, but we have all the appliances you will need! Stove, oven, toaster, microwave, instant pot, air fryer, fridge, freezer (we personally own some of these appliances but have no problem sharing!). If you want a cheap place where you can have your own room and furnished apartment, then this is the place for you! We do NOT have room for you to bring any living room (besides a chair or small loveseat) or kitchen furniture. The apartment is already furnished. Must be able to pass background, credit check, and must bring in at least $1600 a month take home (this is so we meet the qualification of 3x the rent). If you are not financially stable enough to pay rent by the 4th of every month, then please don’t respond to this - sorry. We also would like someone who is cleanly and won’t leave a mess. Property management also told us the person applying may have to pay their own deposit upon approval depending on credit/background check. We are not subletting; we rent and just need someone to take over for our current roommate. If you meet these qualifications, the property management should have no problem adding you to the lease!! Bedroom will not be furnished, and crusty recliner in the living room will be gone once our current roomie moves out. We also have a portable AC unit in the bedroom currently and are totally okay with keeping it in there for your comfort!!

We are a young married couple in our 20s, two females looking for someone to take over for our current roommate. We have two very sweet cats who love attention (You must be okay living with cats). We are clean, kind, understanding, non-judgmental, and quiet. We would love to make friends with whoever the new roommate will be! We are courteous of others, and you’d be totally allowed to have private time in any shared room in the house if you wanted (we don’t mind sharing our tv and kitchen appliances).
