Bedroom Details:

This is Bedroom 2 on the floor plan, offering a spacious layout that can accommodate a queen-size bed along with some furniture, as pictured. While the exact square footage is uncertain, there is sufficient space for two queen-size beds with a bit of room to move around comfortably. The bedroom comes unfurnished, so you’ll have the opportunity to bring your own furniture to personalize the space to your liking. The carpeted flooring adds a cozy touch to the room.

Please note that the bedroom does not have its own AC unit; however, there is central heating. If you find the room too warm during hot days, Gabriel might be open to discussing a room switch, as his room has an AC unit. Alternatively, you can use a fan to help keep the room cool.

Overall, this bedroom offers a comfortable and flexible living space for you to call home.

This spacious 1015-square-foot apartment in Denver offers a comfortable living space with a range of amenities. You’ll enjoy the convenience of air conditioning to keep you cool during warm days. The well-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, garbage disposal, and dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze. The stylish tiled backsplash adds a touch of elegance to the space. The dining room is perfect for shared meals and gatherings.

The apartment features several desirable aspects such as a cozy fireplace and faux wood floors, adding a touch of warmth to the atmosphere. Natural light streams in through the vaulted ceilings and skylights, brightening up the interiors. For those who love the outdoors, the balcony provides a great spot to relax and enjoy some fresh air.

There is only 1 bathroom that is shared between both of you but is usually available.

Please note that while cable/internet services are not included, the area is serviced by Xfinity and potentially CenturyLink with DSL. Upon moving in, you’ll need to arrange for your own subscription.

The community amenities are equally inviting, featuring a swimming pool and spa for relaxation, four grilling areas for outdoor cooking, and a fire pit for cozy evenings. Laundry facilities are available on-site for your convenience. You’ll have peace of mind with off-street and guest parking options. If you have furry friends, this pet-friendly community is an ideal fit, with two dog parks complete with a dog fountain in one of them. Public transportation is conveniently nearby, and shopping options are just a stone’s throw away.

For pet owners, there’s a $350 nonrefundable pet deposit for the first pet and $200 for the second pet, with a pet rent of $30 per month per pet. Additionally, any rescued pets with proper documentation receive a $100 discount on the pet fee.

Rent is $950 a month and includes utilities (minus internet.), first months and security deposit is due upon moving in (Gabriel may be flexible on the deposit, you’ll need to talk to him about it.)

Regarding the kitchen, most of the dishes, pots and pans belong to me and I will take them on the way out, so feel free to bring any if you have them.

I’ll be moving out and you’ll be taking over the room I currently reside in and you will reside with Gabriel.

He’s also a lover of singing and enjoys expressing himself through various art forms. In his spare time, you can find him doing healing work and practicing yoga, which aligns with his interest in alternative lifestyles and natural healing methods.

Cooking is one of Gabriel’s delights, and he’s always happy to whip up a delicious meal for himself and his roomie. He’s quite considerate and enjoys keeping the living space tidy, making sure it’s a comfortable home for both of them. As a tea lover, he delights in brewing different varieties, but do keep in mind that he has a gluten allergy.

Nature holds a special place in Gabriel’s heart, and he loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s hiking, backpacking, or simply enjoying the natural surroundings. Despite not being much of a TV or movie watcher, Gabriel is a big Anime fan, with “One Piece” being a particular favorite.

Gabriel is looking for a long term roomie (preferably but not required ) roomie who shares similar interests, but most importantly, someone who is open-minded and easy to get along with. He values peaceful conflict resolution and hopes to build a strong friendship with his roomie. Gabriel is quite sociable and enjoys having guests over, so he doesn’t mind if you have visitors as well. Moreover, he’s all about sharing and is happy to split grocery costs and share drinks and food with his roomie, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie.
