AVAILABLE TO ANYONE (couples included)! Beautiful area of Madison! Close (5 minutes away) to all things necessary such as clothing stores, fast food, pharmacies, restaurants.
-Parking is available on the side of the house (if needed). -Washer/dryer included in the basement of the apartment
LARGE CLOSET SPACE + LOTS OF WINDOWS!
P.S - this place is still currently being renovated as we are upgrading new appliances so it may be ready by the end of the month and I will be incorporating the furniture for the living room. (:
Also, no security deposit is required, so upfront will be just first and last months rent.
-YOU CAN CHOOSE ROOM OF YOUR PREFERENCE: 1550$ for the bigger room (13ft6in H x 12 ft W) 1400$ for the smaller room ( 9ft 8in W x 9ft 8 in H)
About the roomies
I will be a student at St. Elizabeth University for the Physician Assistant Program, so I would like a quiet atmosphere to study 📚 All I genuinely ask is for cleanliness and quietness . I am very laid back and outgoing so feel free to bother me ♥️
