Beautiful area of Madison! Close (5 minutes away) to all things necessary such as clothing stores, fast food, pharmacies, restaurants. Keep in mind this is a two family house where we have our own entrance in the front and the lady has hers on the side. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED — EVEN WIFI ( I will be paying for these bills at my expense so please be mindful 🙏🏻) Parking is available on the side of the house (if needed). Washer/dryer included! Bathroom and kitchen is shared amongst 3 people! (NEWLY RENOVATED BATHROOM/KITCHEN/ROOMS) P.S - this place is still currently being renovated as the landlord is upgrading new appliances so it may be ready by the end of the month. Also, no security deposit is required, so upfront will be just first and last months rent.

3 people will be sharing this home! I will be a student at St. Elizabeth University for the Physician Assistant Program, so I would like a quiet atmosphere to study 📚 But, honestly I am a pretty chill person with no rules like most people (I know how annoying that is LOL). All I genuinely ask is for cleanliness and quietness ( at least during the weekdays 🤪) . I am very laid back and outgoing so feel free to bother me with crazy stories or whenever u need to vent or need a shoulder to cry on ♥️ I have classes everyday from 8-6 and after that I will be mostly shut myself in my room to study(gotta make sure I know how to save people’s lives !!!!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻) lol if you need to know more you can always text or call :)
