Looking for a new roommate / roommates in a 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Apartment located in the Alameda San Jose (5 min drive from Downtown San Jose/SAP Center).

Future applicants PLEASE NOTE - I am looking for someone who will treat the place with respect. I prefer cleanly, quiet over loud housemates and am not looking for someone who frequents having overnight guests too often. Also, please keep in mind, the pictures above showcase furniture and decor put up by my current housemates, the place will likely be a blank canvas upon your arrival.

About the apartment complex :

• The apartment itself is a bit outdated however the apartment counts on fully working heater, nice sized bathroom, new fridge and the location of the complex is truly great with lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby.
• The apartment building is one of three on the entire residential street so there’s always parking and the neighborhood itself feels quiet.
• Washer and Dryer on sight (coin operated)
• The building is strictly NO SMOKING/NO PETS
• Gated Door to building for security

A bit about me : I’m a gay latino male (25), currently working full-time Monday-Friday. I usually spend my evenings at the gym, which means i’m only really home nights and weekends. I don’t tend to cook and don’t watch much television, so chances are the living room and kitchen could mostly be occupied by you.
