Current roommate is the head chef at a nearby brewery and works a lot so you’ll usually have the house to yourself. He has one cat, she’s clean and very sweet. Room is available at the end of the month (Aug), lease is month to month, so you aren’t locked into anything and can stay for as long as you like. Rent is $1450/month plus utilities, which are split evenly between both roommates and are usually around $100-$150. $750 deposit.
