Biarritz Drive

I have a one bedroom apartment in Normandy Isle. Looking to rent the couch for 950 or the room for 1250. The room has dresser and large closet to store and there is also a dresser in the living room. There’s a pool, central AC and shared washer and dryer in the building. Good for temp housing. 3 months minimum. Light cleaning should be expected. I also ask half of last months rent as a deposit.

I work at night in hospitality. I have a small yorkie. She’s friendly. I’m quiet and enjoy spending time alone, I get home late at night and sleep till afternoon.
