Disregard small round photo – Room for rent is in newly remodeled 2/1 bath home on 1.3 acres in Port Angeles, off of Hwy 101 close to Walmart. NO SMOKE of any kind in or close to the home as I’m asthmatic. Private off-street parking, possibility of garage parking for small car with deposit for remote when remodel materials are moved out of the garage. No long-term sleep over guests. I’m still working in Bremerton, so you will have to be totally trustworthy as you’ll be alone in the home most of the time, so background/credit/ID verification required. Possibility of non-shedding dog under 30 lbs-NO CATS. My two terrier mix dogs and two horses will be present when I’m home so meet/greet of pets is a must. If you ride happy to share my horses. Most utilities included such as bi-weekly water/garbage pickup/septic/internet/ first $40 of water and first $40 of electric paid for, share cost of toilet paper/paper towels, cleaning supplies etc. Happy to split cost of monthly housekeeper.

I’m older female ex-Coastie MK federally retired from National Park and Veterans Benefits Claims employment, currently driving school bus in Bremerton. I prefer female roomie with similar employment background who works away from home, possibly open to male roomie if we are compatible since there’s only one bathroom to share.
