About the place: Located right behind Tufts Alumni Fields. Living, dining, and kitchen are also spacious and mostly furnished but that will be re-arranged, as my roomie is moving out and possibly more things may come in. There is a lot of space here. There are 3 floors, which the basement is mostly used for storage. Good if you have a lot of things. 2nd floor, there are 3 bedrooms where one is used as an office. Since I was the only one using it, I furnished it myself but all can be changed as I do not work from home much. Office room and bedroom can be swapped. All rooms have their own closet as well as a shared walk in closet in the hall. Landlord allows (encourages) us, and our neighbors, to use the front lawn for gardening. Spacious backyard with fireplace and grill. Parking on the property, fits 4 cars, street parking is free and no permit is needed. The place is located on a private street so we have “security” that no one can take our parking spaces. 5 min walk to the Green Line (Medford/Tufts Station) 15 min walk to the Red Line (Davis Station) Less than 5 min to I93 highway, perfect for commuting The landlord is really cool. Privately owned, so if there is an issue, response time is very fast and they will come by in 30 min to resolve. Neighbors are also very friendly! FYI, the pics of bedroom 2 are old, as I did not want to take pictures of my roommates things.

Moved from Chicago a year ago for work and trying to explore the new city, meet people, find interesting hobbies, and try new things! I tend to stay organized and clean, I prefer coming home to a made bed sort of thing. I do cook a lot, so if you have some interesting recipes, I’m all for it. And I do have a lot of kitchen gadgets. I mainly work at the office (not at home) and usually go to the gym afterwards.
