Room for rent in this cozy, historic 1930s home nestled in between the Coronado and Garfield neighborhoods. Convenient location with immediate access to major highways and only minutes away from downtown Phoenix.
Private room available (unfurnished) with walk-in closet. Shared bathroom. Additional space/storage in a back, “sun room” if needed.
Looking for short term roommate. My current lease ends 2/1/2024. I do not plan to renew, but would be willing to give you a recommendation to the homeowners if you’d like to take over the lease potentially.
