Tahni's room

We have a six bedrooms home 2 stories, 3600sq ft. The room available will be located upstairs. There is a backyard and pool you are welcome to use. Kitchen is a common area. Laundry on site. Detergent, utilities and wifi are included. Additionally, We have a lovely lady that comes and clean the house every two weeks.

We are healthcare professional who operates from the comfort of my home, following a work schedule based on East Coast time. Our children have grown up and gradually moved out, leaving me with my 11-year-old daughter who’s in 6th grade who does ice skating, my 15 years old son is in high school and plays football, and my 17-year-old son, currently in college and plays football. Our household includes four dogs and two cats, as we are passionate about pets. However, we cannot accommodate additional tenants with pets at this time. We are seeking stable tenants and offering a month-to-month arrangement.
