The Alameda

Hi There, I am looking for another female who would like to rent and share a luxury 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. I am moving on the 18th of November. I am very clean and expect someone who takes care of the place as I do. I love healthy habits, to workout, enjoy good music and eat healthily. I am looking to share an apartment in the Avalon on the Alameda apartments. There are 2 bedrooms in the apartment, each with its own bathroom. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom with a lot of space. I am looking for a professional female who may like to share the apartment with me and (just like me) Is looking to live in a luxury, well-located condo. The condo is located in a very strategic neighborhood of San Jose, close to the SAP Center, Starbucks, Orange Theory and lots of cool places. Additionally, there is only a 5-minute drive to Avaya stadium, whole foods, and a plethora of local restaurants/Wineries in the immediate area.
