Imagine having the perfect blend of a spacious 2-bedroom apartment and the lavish comforts of a resort-style home! We are delighted to share our beautiful 5-bedroom house that comes with an array of incredible perks - a refreshing pool, a relaxing hot tub, a well-equipped gym, a cozy firepit, and more! Currently, we are renting out half of the top level of this magnificent house.

This rental space includes two generously sized bedrooms (measuring 15x11 and 12x10), a private bathroom, and an expansive, personal patio (measuring 20x20). We also provide amenities like cable TV with lots of movie channels, Wi-Fi, and even weekly housecleaning services.

We live in a great neighborhood, and we’re within walking distance of multiple Mission Trails trailheads, Cowles Mountain and Lake Murray.

The rooms we’re renting out are unfurnished, allowing you the freedom to personalize the space according to your tastes. If you have pets, we will gladly consider them as long as they get along with our little guys.

Our household is an inviting and enjoyable place to live. We take pride in maintaining a clean, serene environment where everyone feels welcome. We are friendly and sociable, and our home has a vibrant and fun atmosphere. Our furry friends are part of the family too, as we have two small dogs. I am a professional in my 50s (female and lesbian). I work from home part-time and am pursuing a Master’s program in the evenings. My living space is situated on the second floor, on the other side of the rooms we’re renting out, ensuring you have your privacy.

Sharing the house with me is my delightful, retired grandfather, who occupies a bedroom on the first floor. He is independent and leads an active life with activities outside the house six days a week. He loves salsa music and dancing, and is a lot of fun.
