Room available for females with two existing female roommates in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house.

We’re located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood in west Boca Raton. Full access to shared living spaces which include living room, kitchen dining room. Washer and dryer in attached garage. Fenced in backyard. Offstreet parking. Community has basketball and tennis and a pool. Several parks within 2 miles of house. Shopping and restaurants are located within a mile or so.

Bedroom for rent: it can either be furnished or non furnished. 11’ x 13’ in size. Carpeted. Ceiling fan. Large closet with shelves. Bathroom is directly across from bedroom and shared with one of the other roommates.

Sorry but no pets. No smoking, vaping or drugs on the property.

Ideal roommate would love pets but doesn’t have any of her own as we have a super awesome dog (lab mix) and a beautiful cat living here already.

Rent is $950 per month plus electric and water/sewer (total is about $80-$110 per month depending on time of year). Internet is included. No cable. $500 security deposit is required.

Short or long term is ok.

I’m 58 and self employed. I work from home and travel often. Very active - into bicycling, walking, nature. Laid back - early riser and a night owl.

The other roommate is 22. Works in a restaurant and is a college student. Also chill and social. Sleeps in and is a night owl. She is the mom of the cat and dog. Unfortunately, the cat is territorial so we can’t have anymore pets in the house!
