Got one room that’ll be available at the end of December, 2023 in the Atlantic Palms apartment complex. No pets, no smoking inside, shared bathroom and kitchen. Approximately 500-600 a month between the three of us. 500 ish for rent and another 100 or so for Wi-Fi and utilities.

I have been living here for two years with my current roommate, Chandler. It’s a quiet family oriented community with a lot of military, csu students, and first gen immigrants. Very lively and one of the best communities I’ve lived in at an apartment complex.
