This unit has a shared bathroom and kitchen. The room is your private space and is your own, 1 person in a room. All residents must pass a background check with no violent crimes. This is independent living with roommates, the room you are renting is clean and you are renting from a company, so everything is professional and you don’t have to worry about a moody owner, you get your own 6-month lease.
