Looking to fill 2 rooms in lower floor of my house in Greenlake.

About the House: -2 floors, Front & Back Yard, Small Garage -Washer & Dryer -First floor: (My room, Small Office, Bathroom, Kitchen, & Livingroom) -Lower floor: (2 large bedrooms, shared bathroom, storage closets + Washer/Dryer) -Street Parking -Utilities are already set up -No first/last months rent or security deposit.

I’ve been living here for almost 2 years and it’s been cool so far. Property manager is responsive, neighborhood is chill, and it’s not far from downtown. Housemates moved out and I’m the sole tenant right now, so I’m hoping to find some people by the end of the month. Currently, I’m responsible for the entirety of the rent, so you would only be responsible for your set portion.

About me: -25 years old, moved out here after finishing school in California -Work Full-time (Thurs-Mon) and spend most of my time off at home, skating around downtown, & skiing in winter. -I tend to spend a lot of time in my room when I’m at home -I don’t cook a lot, but I use and clean the kitchen regularly -I don’t have a lot of stuff in the house, most of what I have is in my room.

Who I’m looking for: Working Full-time. Someone who spends some of their time outside of the house. Someone who keeps the common spaces clean. Bonus points if you have furniture for the living room or a truck to get to the snow in winter.
