Samantha's room

This room is a steal for a single-family home in a beautiful area of suburban Clark, NJ. Our home is two minutes from the Garden State Parkway and 6 minutes from the closest train station. The town is walkable, safe and peaceful. We have a driveway, plenty of street parking for guests, a private backyard, only one neighbor (the other side of our home is a sushi restaurant parking lot!), and a basement for extra socializing space and/or privacy.

We are two close friends who have the third bedroom of our home opening up in September. We both work 9-5 jobs, and in our free time we love having guests over for family/friend BBQs, small get-togethers, movie/game nights, etc. When we have downtime otherwise, we are respectful of each others’ personal space and rest-time. I know a lot of people say they are easygoing… we are VERY easygoing lol. We are easy to get along with and always open to talking. We keep the home clean and tidy, and respect the common-areas; but when it comes to someone rushing to work and leaving a cereal bowl in the sink, it’s never the end of the world, and we just help each other out as needed.
