Large furnished bedroom, bathroom is bedroom adjacent and would exclusively be used by the renter. There is also a TV set in the bedroom, Non smoking female tenants, I am close to Cal Baptist, bus stops, and shopping.

I am a senior citizen, home is quiet with the exception of the dogs barking when some comes by the house.I am an animals advocate so I have cats and dogs in my home, so it would be best if you are also an animal lover. I keep a clean organized home and would expect the person who rents my room to also be neat and tidy.
