Green Street

The house is very spacious. It is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse. There are two rooms with rooftop access (both available). There is a basement with laundry, and it can also be used for storage. There is also a small backyard. Although the bathrooms are shared, there is one bathroom for every two rooms, therefore, you would only be sharing with one other person max. The neighborhood is mostly families, therefore it is relatively quiet for Philadelphia. It is also very close to multiple sources of public transit, including a trolley line, multiple bus routes, and the Market-Frankford Line. Also just to note, the rent and security deposit listed are total, therefore, split between all of us.

I am a student at Drexel University going into my last term. I also work a couple of jobs in the area. I am queer and relatively introverted. I generally like to keep to my own space, however, I am open to meeting potential new roommates! As a roommate, I prioritize cleaning and communication. I think respect is the most important, as we will coexist in this space. Both of my roommates are trans and queer, therefore we are looking for people who are LGBTQ friendly. One of my roomates works in landscape design and has been living in the area for many years. My other roomate works with animals and is an artist.
