Looking for a roommate in Globeville (just north of RiNo)!

The space: 2 bed / 1 full bath basement. I live in the upstairs space and the basement is shared with one another tenant. Private bathroom, shared laundry and kitchen. Great backyard for hanging out! Utilities are split equally. Easy access to RiNo, the 70, and the 25. Pet friendly up to one pet, they must be friendly with cats and dogs.

About you: Pet friendly, considerate, and clean are a must. The other tenant and I enjoy hanging out from time to time and would love if you’d like to, as well, but we’re happy to respect your space. Preferably no work from home, but open to it for the right fit. Generally just looking for an easygoing, responsible roommate to round out the house :)

About me: I’m a software engineer in my early 30’s. I have two cats and a dog. I love getting outside (climbing, hiking, camping, shows) as well as lazy days at home (reading, crafting, music). I like to keep things clean and aim to be considerate a respectful of shared spaces and personal privacy. I’d love to be on a friendly basis, but don’t expect to be best friends.

About the other tenant: He is an arborist in his early 30’s. He’s relatively quiet, very kind, and extremely handy and helpful. He also has a cat. He enjoys everything from gaming to climbing and is very easy to get along with.
